In the Episcopal Church the laying on of hands of the bishop is the sign or sacrament of our confirmation, our confirming our faith. In addition we come to this sacrament expecting God the Holy Spirit to pour new grace into those coming to him in faith. 2011 Fall Confirmation Classes begin on July 10, 2011 on Sunday evenings from 7:30 to 9. If you need childcare please let us know as soon as possible on the application below. This will be a joint Baptism & Confirmation Class. Confirmation
is when those baptized as
infants or small children affirm their faith in Christ and take responsibility
for living out the Christian life. In a sense they re-take their baptismal
vows.
