Praying daily, and reading the scriptures are two of the most time honored ways for Christians to connect to God, to the invisible body of other believers, and to our own soul. We encourage you to read the prayers and lessons on a daily basis, or if that is too much at first, to read the lessons for the next Sunday. Morning & Evening Prayer Daily Readings. These are also available as a free iPhone App. The Sunday Readings - These are the readings for each Sunday. Check the calendar date. Sometimes there are alternative readings.
